Treatment CenterIn June of 2009, Winner's Circle Ranch opened a state-of-the-art treatment center. The treatment center is climate controlled to maintain a comfortable temperature during all veterinary procedures. The treatment center houses our Idexx digital X-ray system, digital ultrasound, videoendoscope, surgical laser, focused shockwave therapy unit and our two PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) machines. Virtually every veterinary procedure performed at Winner's Circle Ranch now occurs within this hospital-quality facility. The treatment center is also available for use by all of the local veterinarians. The WCR treatment center hosts continuing education and student seminars that Dr. Shields and Dr. Agnic-Wangerin routinely schedule at the ranch. An ultrasonic cleaner and autoclave have been installed in the treatment center to provide on-site sterilization of veterinary instruments and bandaging materials. An Idexx LaserCyte, a device capable of running a CBC in a matter of moments, is available on-site, located in our barn office. |
